Welcome

Here you can find out about adding a 20-something badge to your site.

There are two options...

Option 1: The official Ning badges, like the ones below. For instructions for adding that to your blog go here. But be warned some blogging software (i.e. Wordpress.com) doesn't like these badges, and therefore won't display them properly, so I'd recommend Option 2 if that is the case.

Option 2: Twenty something bloggers very own in house designed (thankyou Devin), and lovely looking cloud badges (see below and in the sidebar).

To add one of these beauties, select the colour you like from the sidebar on the right and copy and paste the html code from under the badge you want into your blog

  • Blogger users can do this by adding a html/java script page element (in template), and copy and pasting the relevant html code from this page.
  • Wordpress.com users need to go to their dashboard, select presentation, then widgets. Then add a text box (from the available widgets) and drag it into the sidebar. Click on the icon on the right hand side of this widget and add the html text you have copied from this page. (for some reason unbeknown to me, to get this to work in Wordress.com you need to delete a rogue forward slash, that appears at the very end of the code (see red circle in image below. If anyone knows why this is the case, I'd love to hear from you.)

But I want the badge to link to my profile page, as opposed to the main page. Not a problem just replace the text http://20somethings.ning.com from the code, with the url for your own 20sb profile page.

If you need further help with the badges or would like a different colour, then feel free to contact me via the details on this page.
